We have managed to staffed a conference secretariat with 12+ people. We always ensure that our associates are helpful and on hand at all times in order to ensure the smooth running of each conference/event.

The most important thing for us is the willingness to work and the positive attitude! Each organizing committee knows our workforce throughout the conference. What characterizes us is the feeling of familiarity that the team exudes, without losing our professionalism.

Of course, in every large project there is always the risk of a problem. We have the composure to deal with every obstacle effectively. Our good relationship with our external partners allows us to resolve problems in a short period of time. Diazoma Organization – Event has served effectively and successfully conferences and events with a number of over 1,000 participants.

Our team is flexible and grows according to the needs of each event. Each event is a separate project that needs special handling. We always follow the instructions of the organizers, proposing ideas with the aim of turning each event into an unrepeatable experience. It is important to mention that we can serve you in more than 4 languages!
