About the MolCal Project
MolCal is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network funded by the European Union. The project brings together leading universities, research institutions, and industry partners to train a new generation of researchers in molecular modelling and advanced computational methods. Through this collaborative network, early-stage researchers develop the skills needed to address complex scientific challenges while contributing to innovative research across Europe.
Three Days of Scientific Collaboration
During the workshop, project partners presented recent achievements and discussed the progress of the MolCal project. Participants also attended training sessions, scientific lectures, and specialized seminars led by experts in the field. In addition, doctoral candidates showcased their research, exchanged ideas with supervisors, and received valuable feedback. At the same time, the consortium held working meetings to coordinate future activities and strengthen collaboration across the network.
Beyond the scientific programme, participants had the opportunity to discover Heraklion and experience the renowned hospitality of Crete. As a result, the event successfully combined scientific excellence with meaningful networking and cultural exchange.
Diazoma’s Contribution
Diazoma Conferences & Events planned and coordinated every aspect of the workshop. First, our team managed participant registrations and accommodation arrangements. Next, we coordinated the scientific programme and provided comprehensive on-site technical and administrative support. In addition, we organized the social programme, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants throughout the event.
The successful delivery of the workshop once again highlights Diazoma’s expertise in organizing international scientific conferences, workshops, and European project meetings across Greece.
