Conferences

Conference Organization after COVID-19 Period
According to the latest decision published in the Government Gazette, the protocols valid for the moment, include conducting fully in presence conferences (with the possibility in special cases to have a hybrid one) with an 100% of the meeting room capacity including participants, organizers, technical staff etc, and the simultaneous webcast for registered participants.

Kindly find here some useful links, which have UPDATED information regarding restrictions/rules for traveling to Greece, from the Greek Ministry of Health / Ministry of Transportation.

Moreover:

  • Events and conferences can be held in presence, hybrid or online.
  • Fully in-person events are allowed.
  • Foreign participants are allowed to attend international conferences held in Greece adhering to global and local travel guidelines.

For “DIAZOMA Conferences & Events”, basic principle is that the conference organizers, as well as each and every participant rest assured regarding the smooth holding and proceedings of every organization we undertake and that we will create experiences of a life time.

Organizing a successful conference or meeting, includes the following steps:

  • Budget calculation and research for funds and sponsors that will expand the possibilities of the organization, providing the best and most convenient options.
  • Design from our web designer / specialist and constant update of the web page of the conference
  • Promotion of the conference to potential participants.
  • Inspection and arrangements for the venue and its technical (audio/visual and other) provisions relevant to the presentations and speeches
  • Online registration procedure and payments
  • Tailoring of the Social program, Galas, Excursions and Exhibitions that are inextricable part of a conference
  • For International Organizations, accountancy handling for VAT return if available.Equally importantly, we attend each delegate individually, including their:
  • Invitation Letters when necessary
  • Abstracts submission
  • Accommodation and handling of the hotel reservations
  • Transfers
  • Flights
  • provision of all kinds of Information via email and phone. And of course, during the realization of the conference, with our presence at the venue as the Secretariat, we follow–up all the arrangements and handle all issues, as well as keep staying in touch after the completion of the conference with both the organizing committee and the delegates in order that any required documents (financial or certificates) are provided.
